Phoning it in tonight

Well, too much is going on of great importance right now to adequately sum up, and it’s been a bit of a rough day. I guess I’ll just quickly point you to Chris Mooney and Sheril Kirshenbaum’s Part 3 of their “rebuttal” of PZ Myers’ review of their book Unscientific America; and PZ’s… counter-rebuttal? … to Part 2. I guess. He’s deferred on taking on Part 3 today, more lulz are sure to come of this tomorrow. This whole web war is truly a gift that keeps on giving.

Stephanie has a number of other deserving links in the top several posts at Almost Diamonds, go check them out if you’ve still got energy left to spend on this tempest in an a-teapot-ist.

Meanwhile, Endeavour has successfully launched, Jodi and I just got done watching Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit (as she’d never seen it before), and I received my Amazon book order (all but Good Omens, that’s delayed). I’m already 50 pages into Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Fully plan on writing up a book review. Meanwhile, Jodi started into WebMage. I’ll see if I can coax her into reviewing it at some point as well.

To bed early tonight, it’s been a day. I’m sticking with my post-a-day pledge though. Go me!
