Actually, I kind of hope he keeps it up. Republican candidates are starting to get grilled for not calling Rush on his crap. If he continues with this the wingnuts are going to have a very lonely October.

Women voting in the republican primary poll with roomny around 30% and santorum below 20%. There’s nowhere to go but down when you piss off more than half of the population. Get them angry enough and they will go to the booth especially to vote against them as opposed to just staying home like so many people do.

I wonder how far any trial for sedition would go. Certainly there’s enough evidence that, were it not for his supporters comprising way more than half of the media narrative, he could be successfully prosecuted by an impartial judge. I just don’t believe he’d ever make it that far into the justice system before someone stops it for being a “witch hunt” against someone obviously overtly anti-government, and explicitly anti-US-interests.
