Notes: I had just finished a run around the lake, it was cold and I didn’t feel like hauling my bike up from the laundry room and riding around in the dark. Thus, we found ourselves in the temperature controlled, fluorescent-lit machine room at the YMCA for today’s #30DaysofBiking. Riding on the gym bike wasn’t nearly as fun as zooming along a bike path, but it was nice to be warm.
