Heather and I will be hosting a live show on BlogTV tonight at 10 PM Eastern time. If you haven’t been to BlogTV before, it’s basically a live stream attached to a chatroom where everyone can talk with us. It’s usually great fun. Just go to http://www.blogtv.com/people/zjemptv at 10 o’clock, and we’ll see you there!
Update: Our show is now concluded. Thanks to all the people who stopped by!
My work focuses on insights to be found across transgender sociology, public health, psychiatry, history of medicine, cognitive science, the social processes of science, transgender feminism, and human rights, taking an analytic approach that intersects these many perspectives and is guided by the lived experiences of transgender people. I live in Orlando with my family, and work mainly in technical writing.
I’m mad I missed the live chat. I’ve begun really immersing myself with your YouTube videos and enjoying your sense and ability to communicate clearly. Several arguments you make I’ve agreed with for some time, but haven’t had the connections made in my head to properly argue them (as Heather mentioned in your recent interview with Sarah). I applaud you for providing the communities for which you represent the tools with which to argue themselves. Hopefully next weekend I can make it to a live chat.
Wow, there’s some stupid comments in BlogTV chat.
Enjoyed your show in spite of some of the chatters, btw.

Thank you, and keep at it, my dear!
